Refund Policy
If, for any reason, the Gift Card you purchase from the Oakwood Club is not able to be used, the Oakwood Club will apply the Gift Card purchase amount to the credit card used at the time of purchase.  This credit will be applied within five (5) business days upon return of the unused Gift Card.

Delivery Policy
Please be assured that your Gift Card will be mailed within two days of purchase. Sorry but we cannot mail to P.O. Boxes. If you’re trying to estimate when the Gift Card will be delivered, please note that Credit Card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
